Welcome to Dan's GitHub Page.
This page is all about learning HTML/JavaScript/CSS whilst at the same time displaying some other skills (please read below). As you can see below I am attempting to try different and interesting ways of creating a stylish page in an easy way :).
This is a new paragraph to test my understanding of HTML. Here is a link to Google UK, which hopefully will work :). Please click this link.
Here is another test of writing in HTML. Playing around with some buttons like this one: Again hopefully that worked :/.
This is another paragraph showing a button counter. It should reset to zero everytime the browser is refreshed or restarted.

Examples of Current Work
I am currently working on a number of projects (including this one!).
- Rebuilding this Homepage. Found here
- Python Projects: Started at University modelling some Quantum Mechanics. If you would like to have a look at an example of this in a new tab please click here! I am now currently working through these tricky problems here. However if you would like to view my attempted solutions please click here.
- LaTeX: A nice document markup language, I bloody love the default font and layout of the final document. Although it added extra stress whilst completing the dissertation, it made it look incredibly smart.
- C# and .NET: I have started to learn more about this in the last few weeks. It seemed like a great first crack at a framework and is rewarding to learn a new syntax. Hopefully will be able to build something worthwhile to stick up here soon :).
- Specific Projects: Started to manage a website. With thanks to the great guys at YardPartners, I have started to update this cracking website. These guys are industry leaders in Artificial Surfaces and Planning Services!
Stay tuned for more updates soon!
Authors and Contributors
You can @mention a GitHub username to generate a link to their profile. The resulting <a>
element will link to the contributor’s GitHub Profile. For example: In 2007, Chris Wanstrath (@defunkt), PJ Hyett (@pjhyett), and Tom Preston-Werner (@mojombo) founded GitHub.
